Commercial General Cleaning

SERVPRO of West Greenville County provides a variety of different commercial services. This Greenville, SC office requested a general cleaning after they remediated a mold issue in their air ducts. Although they addressed the initial issue, they wanted to take the extra step for their employees to make sure the space was a safe, clean environment. Our project manager met with the client, and explained the exact process our production team would take to clean the area. Beginning first with removing contents off of walls, then fogging the affected space. This step was taken to ensure the ceiling tiles were treated. Next, all walls and contents are wiped down with the same anti-microbial product. Lastly, carpets and flooring were cleaned to finish the job. The customer was impressed with how the amount of information we could provide them with, even giving them an SDS sheet of our products used.
