Bedroom Water Mitigation

This home in Greenville, South Carolina suffered water damage that leaked from the upstairs floor, affecting the floor below. SERPVRO of West Greenville County dispatched our production crew to walk the property with the homeowner and get a recount of the water damages so that an estimate could be drawn up for begin of work. After the walkthrough and learning that the customer successfully extracted and removed all of the standing water, our production manager explained the work that would ensure. In this bedroom, only about 50% of the flooring was reading wet. As can be seen above, our production team remodeled the affected materials, leaving behind all materials that were not affected.
