Greenville, SC Kitchen Has Underlying Water Damage

This family in Greenville, SC noticed that their refrigerator had a small leak and called SERVPRO of West Greenville County to come out and take a look. As you can see from the before picture, there does not seem to be any apparent water damage, but our production crew were getting readings that said other wise. After removal of the tile floor, you can see where the leak was affecting the sub flooring. The customers were happy to have the affected flooring removed so that there would be no further damage.
